We had a FANTASTIC adventure in Japan! Thank you so much for the wonderful snacks and strawberries upon our arrival- the kids were starving and it was the perfect treat and timing!!
Truly- the festivals and cruise was exactly what we were hoping for. Of course the festivals were amazing- we were particularly delighted and surprised by how much we enjoyed Busan. Everyone said it would be a place they would love to return to!
Our final day in Tokyo tour with Yumi was also a highlight. She was super fun and took us to the most amazing restaurant specializing in okonomiyaki.
The cruise had a lot of families on board- which made it super fun too!

Judy, I can't tell you how much we appreciate all your efforts in our behalf in getting us on this amazing cruise. It far exceeded our expectations in every way.
The crew were amazing and went out of their way for us. Truly remarkable people.
The ship was fantastic as well. We had just under 100 people aboard which was really great. Everyone got to know one another to some degree which was a very nice surprise.
Of note was the urgency and effort the captain and crew put into enabling us to sail from Budapest. The river was very low and was dropping more day by day. They took extraordinary measures to get us up river far enough to insure our ability to go all the way.

Rob and Judy have been our travel agents for years, and my family and I couldn't be happier with their service. Rob and Judy have recently planned our amazing Alaska trip with included a week on land (the wilderness train made the whole land trip for me!) and a week on a cruise ship sailing south. They are always the most pleasant to talk with and have great recommendations, as between the two of them, they've done just about everything. Rob is absolutely the best! He has helped us on numerous vacations, cruises and international travels. When we recently lost a vacation due to Southwest canceling flights, Rob went above and beyond to help us. We had the option of re-booking, which would have required extensive Covid testing per Turks’ policy, or having our vacation refunded through our travel insurance. Rob insured we had all the documents needed to refund our entire trip, walked with us every step of the way, even providing screenshots so that we could complete our travel insurance claim seamlessly. My Danube cruise on the Amalea was wonderful, and I have Judy to thank for recommending Amawaterways. If I had been on Viking on any other cruise line, I would have had to transfer to a bus because the water level was low. Ama's ships were able to sail when other ships were not, and the food and service and the friendly crew were phenomenal. My hotels on either end were top-notch and conveniently located. Hello Tara, OMG I don't even know where to begin. We had the vacation of a lifetime, and hated to leave. Heck I was even emotional on the plane ride home, missing punta cana. The resort was beautiful and the people were the nicest most friendly I think I have ever met. They went above and beyond to accommodate any and every request. Room was gorgeous, top floor, amazing view. Food was excellent. Water turquoise and powder white and pink sand with no sea weed. The shows at the resort we awesome and plenty of daytime activities to entertain all ages. We did walk one night to the sister resort and it's like night and day. The Iberostar grand is exactly what it states, GRAND. Beautiful rooms, the cleanest grounds I have ever seen, and no misquotos. We did dune buggy excursion and swim with dolphins. They were able to get us a private one hour with two dolphins and trainer for same price as being in a group of ten. Weather was perfect and we have absolutely no complaints what so ever from our trip. I can't begin to thank you enough for all the work you did to make this trip happen for us. I would highly recommend this country and or this resort for other couples that are interested. They treat you like a king and queen. Iberostar will rank ten times higher than any Sandels resort in our opinion. We cannot wait to return. We made some wonderful friends and great memories. Your communication and professionalism will no doubt go unnoticed and we will highly recommend you to others. We have already decided to book another trip and not wait 5 years for it. An alaska cruise will be next, but will book way in advance. We would like to plan for 2017 or 2018. Thank thank you for helping us enjoy our honeymoon and anniversary. If you are looking for great service and personal attention, look no further. Judy Kusserow, with Cruise Planners will take good care of you! My husband had already spent a lot of time calling the airline and talking to people with heavy foreign accents who didn't understand what he was saying very well; it was like he was running around in circles getting nowhere, feeling frustrated and rather helpless in trying to book an international flight reservation. What a blessing to be able to call Judy, with her wealth of knowledge, experience, and expertise, and she speaks great English, too! Oh, and did I mention that Judy saved us a lot of money. Thanks again for booking us to the Royalton in the Dominican Republic. We decided it's so similar to Mexico, the food is much better, and it doesn't take nearly as long to get there, so we will stick to booking this kind of all inclusive to Mexico. Everyone we met in DR who had been to Mexico commented that the food was so much better than in the DR surprisingly enough. We very much enjoyed the all day excursion to Saona and recommend that to future travelers to the area. Thanks again for booking us to the Royalton in the Dominican Republic. Our tour manager organized group dinners and happy hours while on-board. It helped to bring everyone together and was the best part of the cruise. Anywhere you went, you would run into a member of the group. The tour manager was amazing. There were 41 people on our tour. By the end of the trip, we were like family. Bruce and I are REALLY enjoying our Ireland vacation. Bewley's Ballsbridge Hotel in Dublin was comfortable and close to bus lines, which made it very easy to get into city centre quickly. Food and beverage at the hotel was excellent. The Hop On Hop Off Bus worked well for us.
The train ride to Killarney was relaxing and efficient. Free wi-fi is offered on city buses in Dublin as well as on the Irish Rail.
Aghadoe Heights Hotel & Spa is sleek and luxurious. Service here is top notch, they have really been pampering us. Our room has a floor to ceiling glass wall which opens to a private balcony overlooking the beautiful Killarney Lakes. The bathroom is spacious, with both a footed porcelain tub AND a glassed-in shower. It also houses a heated bath towel rod which we have been enjoying very much. We took The Ring of Kerry Tour today which was a delightful experience. So glad you recommended it to us. Tomorrow morning we are scheduled to board the Hop On Hop Off Bus Tour in Killarney. Ross Castle, Muckross House, Torc Waterfall, and Killarney National Park are all on our agenda to see.

We did have a SUPER vacation! The cruise was great and Disney did a fantastic job of taking care of my son's dietary needs throughout the trip and on our port days. We had a WONDERFUL time on our Disney cruise. This itinerary was really good and the Fantasy was the nicest ship we have been on. Although I've never used a travel agent before, Rob was top notch in my opinion. His follow through skills are great. He got me some great pricing on airport shuttles, tours, and hotel rooms that would have take me a lot of time to find. And he made recommendations to the best of his ability on activities I asked about and gave me insider advice (about Mexico since this was my first time there).
My needs were small and I'm sure not much of a margin for him, but he made time to meet and always got back to me. He also knows how to format an email for easy reading--why can't more people be like that! Definitely use Cruise Planners Lets Vamoose for all your travel agent needs. They assisted me in planning my honeymoon to Riu Palace Costa Rica. The resort was beautiful and very well maintained. The staff was very helpful, courteous, and all spoke English. There are tours for everyone- zip lining, horse back riding, natural hot springs, National Park tours, Volcano tours, etc. You can be as adventurous as you want or take time to relax. I highly suggest people try this country and resort

OMG, where do I start. I met Rob and Judy last year when a friend of mine turned me on to this cruise for Feb 2013. I emailed Rob for the info and well we became fast friends. He made sure my first cruise was both memorable and inexpensive. A big Thank You to Judy Kusserow and Rob for getting us going on our Trip.
We left from Los Angles, CA. about 4:00 pm. And was greeted with chocolate dipped strawberries, from Lets Vamoose. They were delicious and welcome. We were also treated to a Champagne Balcony Breakfast for two. What a great thing that was.
We took the breakfast in the dining room, and were treated like royalty. We also did the "anytime" dining and they seated us with different couples every night. We really liked that.
Our Cruise was with Coral Princess and we highly recommend it. Also take advantage of the Easy Check-out. And the ride to the Airport.

We just got back from 5 day weekend cruise on the Carnival Destiny. This is a great ship if you are a looking for high value and complete relaxation. The spa was fantastic and the bamboo massage was a delight! The service was absolutely top notch. The food and entertainment were both typical Carnival.
